What are Tokens, exactly?+
Tokens are usage credits for the MoonX Academy app. Each tool run or premium module unlock costs a fixed number of Tokens, shown next to the tool. They have no cash value, can't be transferred or exchanged, and are only usable inside MoonX Academy. Every free account receives 50 Tokens per month; you can buy packs or charge any custom amount of Tokens, as often as you need.
Do purchased Tokens expire?+
No. Purchased Tokens stay on your account for as long as your account is active. Only the 50 free monthly Tokens reset each month (they don't roll over).
Is this investment advice? Will I make money?+
No, and we make no such promise. MoonX Academy is an educational software product. We teach concepts and give you tools to practice on historical data. We do not provide trading signals, personalised recommendations, portfolio management or brokerage services. Trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone.
Do I need prior knowledge?+
None. Modules 01 and 02 are free and built for complete beginners: what a pip is, how leverage works, how to read a candle. Later modules assume you've completed the earlier ones.
What's your refund policy?+
Token packs: full refund within 14 days of purchase as long as the Tokens haven't been used. Custom amounts follow the same rule. There are no subscriptions or renewals — every purchase is one-time. See our Refund Policy for details.
Who processes my payment?+
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Your card details are entered on Paddle's secure checkout and never touch our servers. Local currency and taxes are calculated at checkout.
Which languages are the lessons in?+
All lessons are available in English and French, with subtitles. The tools and the app interface are in English.
